• Short Writing: Write 50-100 words in response to a prompt (3-5 minutes)
• Extended Writing: Write 150-300 words on a given topic (5-10 minutes)
• Extended Speaking: Speak for 60-90 seconds on a topic (30s prep + 90s speaking)
